Every procedure is carried out by Le Xu, a fully qualified Registered General Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetics. That clinical depth means your treatment is chosen for your face, not pulled from a menu, and delivered with the safety and precision that only a medical background provides.
Consultations are complimentary, unhurried, and entirely without pressure. We discuss what is realistic, what is appropriate, and what will age well. If treatment is not indicated, we say so.

Consultation
A 45-minute private consultation precedes every booking. Medical history, photographic mapping under standardised lighting, and an anatomical assessment of muscle, skin, and bone.
Written Plan
You leave with a written plan and a fee quote, not a booking. If treatment is not indicated, we say so. The plan grows with the face, not the fashion.
Review & Documentation
Every client is photographed at baseline, 14 days, and at 90- and 180-day marks for longer protocols. Reviews are included in every plan, not sold as add-ons.
A private studio, not a clinic floor.
Treatments are delivered in a single, private consultation room with no shared waiting areas or overlapping appointments. You will never see another client during your visit. It is a quiet, considered environment, closer to a private studio than a clinical floor.
