This website is operated by Revitalised Aesthetics Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10444199. Our registered office is at 8 Woodseaves Close, Irlam, Manchester, England, M44 6RQ. Our clinic operates from 53 Derby Street, Cheetham, Manchester, M8 8HW.

All treatments are performed by Le Xu, a Registered Nurse (Adult) and Nurse Independent/Supplementary Prescriber registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Registration can be verified via the NMC online register at nmc.org.uk.

Revitalised Aesthetics provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments including dermal fillers, lip enhancement, anti-wrinkle injections, skin tightening, and thread lifts. All treatments are nurse-led and carried out in a private clinical setting.

Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to proceed with treatment. Consultations are arranged via WhatsApp or email and are conducted in person at our clinic.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where clinical assessment indicates it is not appropriate, where medical history presents a contraindication, or where we believe the requested outcome is not achievable or not in the client's best interest.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated failure to attend without notice may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.

Written informed consent is obtained before every treatment. This includes a discussion of the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks and side effects, aftercare requirements, and alternative options.

Consent may be withdrawn at any point before or during a procedure. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment, regardless of prior consultation or discussion.

Photographs are taken at baseline and at review appointments for clinical documentation purposes. These images form part of your clinical record and are stored securely. They will not be used for marketing or published on any platform without your separate, explicit written consent.

Outcomes from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. Factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, medical history, and individual healing response all influence results. Any images, descriptions, or case studies presented on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific outcome.

Review appointments are included as part of every treatment plan. If you are dissatisfied with a result, we ask that you attend a review appointment so that we can assess the outcome and discuss appropriate next steps.

Treatment fees are discussed during your consultation and confirmed in your written treatment plan prior to any procedure. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash.
